This Cookie Policy explains how Crawlability.ai uses cookies and similar browser technologies.

We use a limited number of cookies necessary to operate, secure, measure, and process payments for the Crawlability service.

We do not list categories of advertising or marketing cookies that we do not use.

A cookie is a small piece of information stored by a website in a user's browser.

Cookies may allow a website to maintain a login session, remember security information, process transactions, or understand how the service is being used.

2. Cookies We Use

Supabase Authentication and Session Technologies

Crawlability uses Supabase for authentication and related backend functionality. Authentication or session information may be stored in cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in, identify an authenticated session, secure account access, and maintain application functionality. These technologies are necessary for core Crawlability account functionality.

Stripe

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may set cookies or similar technologies for purposes including payment processing, fraud prevention, transaction security, and maintaining payment-related functionality. Stripe controls the cookies it sets through its payment infrastructure.

In-House Analytics

Crawlability uses its own in-house, first-party analytics to understand how users interact with the service. Depending on configuration, first-party analytics technologies may collect information such as pages visited, feature usage, browser or device information, session duration, referral information, and application performance. We do not use third-party analytics providers.

3. Cookies We Do Not Use

Unless this Policy is updated to state otherwise, Crawlability does not use third-party advertising cookies for behavioral advertising or cross-site advertising.

We do not intentionally list technologies in this Policy that are not deployed by Crawlability.

4. Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow users to delete or block cookies.

Blocking authentication or essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using parts of Crawlability.

Where applicable, cookie preferences may also be managed through the consent controls provided on our website.

5. Changes

If we introduce additional categories of cookies or materially change how existing cookies are used, we will update this Cookie Policy.
