Most people join companies. You could help define a category.
SEO had SEMrush and Ahrefs. AI search has no established leader yet — the tools, the language, even the discipline are still being written. That's the rare moment we're in, and it doesn't last long.
Join now and you're not slotting into a machine that already runs. You're building it — with the ownership, the visibility, and the upside that only exists this early.
Remote-first
Work from anywhere. We hire for talent and drive, not postcode.
Real ownership
Early enough that your work is visible, your ideas ship, and your impact is obvious.
Category-defining
Help build the measurement layer for AI search from the ground up.
Who does well here.
Bias to action
You'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect. Early companies reward momentum.
Ownership mindset
You treat the mission like it's yours — because here, it partly is.
Honest and direct
We'd rather have the real conversation than the comfortable one. It's how good work happens.
Curious about AI
You don't need to be an AI expert. You do need to be genuinely curious about where this is all going.
Open roles.
All roles are remote. If one fits, send your CV and a short note about why to hello@crawlability.ai — we read every one.
About the role
Our growth strategy is agency-first: we win agencies and resellers, and they bring their clients. This role owns that entire channel. You'll build the partner program from the ground up — the structure, the certification ladder, the onboarding, the incentives — and then go win the partners that make it real. It's a rare 'build it and run it' mandate at a company early enough that the channel you create becomes the company's primary growth engine.
What you'll do
- Own the partner and reseller channel end to end — strategy, program design, recruitment, and growth targets
- Design and run the partner program, including the Certified Agency tiers and the incentives that drive them
- Recruit agencies and resellers, from first outreach through onboarding to first revenue
- Build the enablement that makes partners successful — training, materials, co-marketing, and support
- Work with founders on pricing, deal structure, and channel strategy
- Own the numbers: partner acquisition, activation, and channel revenue
What we're looking for
- Experience building or running a partner, reseller, channel, or agency-partnership program — ideally in SaaS, martech, or adjacent
- A track record of recruiting and growing partners, not just managing existing ones
- Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine builder's instinct — this is a program that doesn't exist yet
- Strong commercial judgment; you can structure a deal and own a target
- Excellent communicator who can be the face of the program to partners
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with digital/SEO/marketing agencies
- Early-stage or 0-to-1 experience
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, or the AI search space
The honest version
This is an early-stage leadership role. You'll have real ownership and real ambiguity in equal measure. If you want a mature program to optimize, this isn't it. If you want to build the channel that defines how a company grows, it is.
About the role
Agencies are at the heart of how we grow, and this role helps us reach and win them. You'll work directly on the marketing that brings agencies into our world — campaigns, content, outreach, and community — and learn category-building marketing from the inside of an early-stage company. It's hands-on, fast, and unusually visible for an internship: your work ships.
What you'll do
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at agencies and resellers
- Help create and repurpose content — posts, emails, guides, and social
- Assist with outreach: building lists, personalizing messages, and tracking responses
- Help run and grow our presence in agency communities and channels
- Pitch in wherever an early marketing team needs hands — which is everywhere
What we're looking for
- Genuine interest in marketing, growth, and the agency/SaaS world
- Strong writing and a good eye for what makes content land
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning tasks without hand-holding
- Curious about AI and where search is heading
- A current student, recent grad, or early-career self-starter
What you'll get
- Real responsibility and visible impact, not coffee runs
- A front-row view of how a category gets built
- Mentorship working directly with the team
- Remote, flexible, and genuinely formative
About the role
This is a front-row seat to selling a brand-new category to real buyers. You'll get hands-on with early-stage sales — finding prospects, reaching out, supporting demos, and helping move the pipeline — and learn how selling actually works when the product is new and the market is still forming. Ideal for someone who wants to build a sales career and would rather learn by doing than by watching.
What you'll do
- Research and identify prospective customers and agencies
- Support outbound outreach — building lists, personalizing messages, following up
- Help prepare for and sit in on demos and sales conversations
- Keep the pipeline organized and up to date
- Gather and share what you're hearing from the market — objections, questions, patterns
What we're looking for
- Genuine interest in sales, growth, and startups
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable reaching out to strangers
- Organized, persistent, and self-motivated
- Curious about AI and the future of search
- A current student, recent grad, or early-career self-starter
What you'll get
- Real sales experience on a real pipeline, not a simulation
- To learn early-stage selling directly from the people doing it
- Visible impact and genuine responsibility
- Remote, flexible, and a strong launchpad for a sales career
About the role
You'll be the reason customers stay, succeed, and grow. As one of our first customer success hires, you'll own the experience after the sale — onboarding new users, driving adoption, making sure people get real value, and turning early customers into advocates. In an early company, customer success isn't a support desk; it's a growth function, and you'll help define how we do it.
What you'll do
- Onboard new customers and agencies, getting them to value quickly
- Drive adoption and engagement across the platform
- Be the trusted point of contact — answer questions, solve problems, and advocate for customers internally
- Spot churn risk early and act on it; spot growth opportunities and surface them
- Turn happy customers into references, case studies, and advocates
- Feed what customers need back to the product and founding team
What we're looking for
- Experience in customer success, account management, support, or a client-facing role — ideally in SaaS
- Genuinely people-first: you're patient, clear, and enjoy helping others succeed
- Organized and proactive; you follow through
- Comfortable being an early hire who helps build the function, not just fill a seat
- Curious about AI, SEO, or digital marketing
What you'll get
- Ownership of a core function at a category-defining company
- Direct impact on retention, growth, and how we treat customers
- Close work with founders and the whole team
- Remote, flexible, and early enough to matter
